Panchmel Mix Dal

Wash 200 grams Panchmel mix dal and soak in water for 2-4 hours.

Add soaked panchmel mix dal into a pressure cooker with water (700ml) & add a Pinch of Salt. Cook for 2-3 whistles.

Heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan. Add panchmel mix dal's spice mix & salt to taste. Sauté the spice mix.

Add boiled panchmel mix dal into the pan and mix well. If required add water to adjust the consistency. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Serve hot with one teaspoon of ghee and garnish with coriander leaves.
