Masaledar Chana

Wash 200 grams Chana and soak it in water for 8-10 Hours.

Add soaked chana into a pressure cooker with water (600ml) & add a Pinch of Salt. Cook for 5-6 whistles.

Heat 4 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan. Add chopped onion & 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Sauté till golden brown.

Add masaledar chana spice-mix, salt to taste & stir well until oil begins to separate. Add 60 g tomato purée & cook for 2 minutes.

Add boiled chana into the pan & mix well,if required add water to adjust the consistency of gravy. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Serve hot with one teaspoon of ghee & garnish with coriander leaves.
