Halka Fulka Poha

Wash 200 grams Poha in a colander. Poha should be slightly moist but not mashed.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. add black mustard seeds(1.5 g), curry leaves (1g) and peanuts(50g), saute for a minute..

Add chopped onions continue to sauté.

Add poha spice-mix, salt to taste and saute for two mintues and add soaked poha, mix and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes till heated through.

Serve with few drops of lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
